Orders and Delivery Please send your order, with the bear's descriptive title (e.g.'14 inch Old Beige Bear'), using the email facility on the Contact Us page.
- If you have a special request for a particular type of bear you have seen here but in a different material, or of a different size, or for a young person friendly bear, please contact Brendan for a quotation.
- For UK orders, payment by cheque ( payable to Brendan's Bears ), postal order or debit or credit card (via PayPal) is welcomed. For overseas orders, payment by PayPal only is accepted.
- Please state your intended method of payment and your name, address and postcode on your email order. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, the payment address will be sent with your order confirmation. If you wish to pay by debit or credit card you will need to use Paypal and a payment request will be sent with your order confirmation.
- Confirmation of your order will be sent by email (or by post, if you prefer). Once your order is confirmed, full payment, including postage and packing, is required.
- Postage and packing for UK delivery is £5.75 per bear for packaged bears up to 500g, £7.00 per bear for packaged bears over 500g and up to 1kg and £8.75 per bear for packaged bears 1kg or over and up to 2kg. Bears will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service.
Your order will be posted once your cheque is cleared or PayPal payment verified. Postage and packing charges for overseas delivery can be quoted. Please enquire by email for current rates. You may wish to order a bear similar to one on the website but of a different type or colour of mohair or in a different size. If so, please remember that each bear is hand made and may not appear exactly as in the photograph on the website. If you are not entirely satisfied with your bear, you may return it in its original condition within fourteen days for a refund but please note that postage and packing charges will not be refunded.
